(Senior) GenAI Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Key Responsibilities:
In our AI Solutions Team, you’ll play a key role in developing the intelligence that drives our Products, Services, and internal Processes forward
Build production-ready GenAI systems: Train, fine-tune, and deploy models for business-critical use cases like churn prediction, content generation, and trust scoring. Take full ownership of end-to-end AI solutions
Develop autonomous AI agents: Design agents that make informed decisions, interact with users and systems, and integrate with tools and data sources using modular logic and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Implement advanced RAG & multi-agent systems: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AgentCore, or Strands Agents
Create scalable AI services: Package models into reusable APIs and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, REST APIs), making AI capabilities accessible across teams
Integrate with enterprise platforms: Connect AI solutions with HubSpot, Salesforce, proprietary tools, and other systems for seamless workflow automation
Ensure reliability, explainability & compliance: Deliver trustworthy, transparent, and compliant AI solutions aligned with company values
Leverage cloud-native architectures: Work with AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/Fargate) or other cloud platforms to build scalable AI pipelines

Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience building production-grade GenAI systems
Proven experience deploying high-accuracy, scaled AI Systems in production, beyond PoCs or simple Chatbots
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration, including planning, tool usage, decision-making, and self-correction
Strong Python skills and experience with modern GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.), vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, pgvector), and embedding strategies
Experience building robust APIs and serverless AI Services (FastAPI, REST) with async patterns, error handling, and scalability in mind
Practical experience with cloud AI/ML Services (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/Fargate) or equivalent cloud environments
Data-driven and pragmatic mindset: delivering production-ready solutions with measurable impact
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Collaborative, curious, and purpose-driven, ready to tackle complex AI challenges
