To help us with this, we are searching for a Lending Product Strategy Manager to join our team based in head office, Invercargill
What you'll be busy with:
- Developing and executing home lending product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with growth objectives, customer needs and business strategy.
- Leading the design of the Banks's future-state home lending proposition through the Future Bank programme.
- Partnering with technology, operations, digital, marketing and delivery teams to define and execute roadmap priorities and transformation initiatives.
- Designing end-to-end customer experience for home lending, connecting brand, strategy, technical streams to drive simple, seamless and engaging journeys across customer channels.
- Ensuring all home lending products and propositions comply with internal policy, legislative and regulatory requirements.
What you'll bring:
- Banking industry knowledge coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Substantial product management planning, strategy and operations experience
- Sound experience in product management and performance
- Conversant with relevant consumer banking and financial regulatory regimes
This role is full time, fixed term until the end of December 2027. Relocation assistance may be provided for the successful candidate if required.
