The Role

The CRM Campaign Coordinator will work with leading marketing technology platforms, executing campaigns across all genres via our owned marketing channels. The position will be expected to create copy, audience target segments, schedule campaigns, manage booking calendars, and report on campaign performance.

As CRM Campaign Coordinator you will work independently or collaboratively with a team to improve processes, brainstorm innovative ways to engage audiences and drive revenue for some of the most exciting events in the industry.

Outcomes to Deliver

In this role, success looks like:

  • Campaign Execution: Create, schedule and deploy customer-facing marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS and on-site channels, ensuring every send is accurate, on-brand and compliant with the SPAM Act
  • Audience & Performance Optimisation: Build and target audience segments, run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines and CTAs, and continually refine campaigns to lift engagement and drive ticket sales
  • Insights & Reporting: Deliver post-campaign reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, track performance against benchmarks, and identify opportunities for campaign and process improvements

Capabilities to Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Sharp Communicator: Strong writing and copywriting skills, with a knack for persuasive, on-brand content that drives ticket sales and audience growth
  • Detail-Driven & Organised: High attention to detail and well-developed time management skills, with the ability to juggle conflicting deadlines and manage booking calendars with ease
  • Tech-Savvy Marketer: Basic HTML and image manipulation skills (Photoshop or Canva), working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and tools like Monday.com, and an understanding of customer segmentation and the SPAM Act – experience with Braze is a strong advantage

We’re Australasia’s home of live entertainment – from stadium tours to your local comedy show – and we look after the people who make it happen.

  • Front row perks: Front row and backstage access to live moments – free and discounted tickets to shows, sport and festivals across our network, plus presales and staff allocations for major on-sales
  • A global stage: Headquartered in Sydney with offices across seven countries and four continents, working alongside some of the biggest names in Australian and international live entertainment
  • Flexibility: Hybrid and flexible working, with flexible hours where your role allows
  • Parental leave for everyone: Paid leave for primary caregivers regardless of gender, with real support returning to work
  • Leave, your way: Annual leave plus extras like birthday leave and purchase leave
  • Your backstage crew: Confidential support via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), including career coaching for you and your family, plus free flu vaccinations
  • Giving back: One paid volunteer day a year to support our community
  • Your next act: Structured development programs like Ticketek Academy, secondments to major events, and career paths tailored to your interests and skills
  • Recognition that means something: ALL STAR Awards and service milestones, celebrating the people and teams who bring our values to life every day
