Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia Pacific at IDEXX Laboratories in Singapore, S00, SG.

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC), you will lead regional recruiting strategy and delivery, manage a distributed team of recruiters, and partner with business leaders to hire the talent that supports growth across Asia‑Pacific markets.

This is a remote or hybrid role, based within commutable distance to our Singapore or Sydney office, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

Why this role matters:

IDEXX is known for the diagnostics and technology that keep pets healthy, water safe, and livestock protected, and for the people behind that work.

As the leader of our Talent Acquisition team in Asia Pacific, you’ll lead the search for candidates in a wide range of roles across the enterprise.

You’ll combine hands‑on recruiting leadership with data‑driven decision making to ensure our hiring process is smart, efficient, and delivers a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

In this role:
  • You’ll lead recruiting delivery within the APAC region, managing and coaching a distributed team of five recruiters.
  • You’ll stay hands‑on in recruiting yourself, carrying some open roles of your own, primarily the region’s more senior and complex searches.
  • You’ll own regional capacity planning, balancing recruiter workload as hiring demand shifts.
  • You’ll partner with APAC business leaders, HR, and Legal on hiring needs, local market requirements, and workforce planning.
  • You’ll ensure recruiting practices in the APAC region align to IDEXX’s global TA standards for service levels, tools, and reporting.
  • You’ll coach and develop your team, with accountability for their performance, delivery quality, and stakeholder partnership.
  • You’ll monitor regional hiring activity, spot capacity risks early, and adjust support as needs change.
  • You’ll help drive adoption of new recruiting technology and AI‑enabled workflows across the region.
What you need to succeed:
  • You have successfully led a team of recruiters, with accountability for their performance and development.
  • You’ve managed recruiting delivery across multiple markets or a diverse region, balancing local requirements with a consistent global standard.
  • You have partnered with business leaders, HR, Total Rewards, and Talent Development on hiring plans and workforce strategy.
  • You’re comfortable working with data and reporting to monitor capacity and adjust team focus as demand shifts.
  • You’re resourceful and creative, with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Experience supporting adoption of recruiting technology or AI‑enabled workflows is a plus.
What you can expect from us:
  • A competitive salary package with annual bonus opportunities.
  • Recognition and rewards through our Reward and Recognition Program.
  • Access to wellness programs and benefits with opportunities to earn rewards and prizes.
  • Paid volunteer leave and opportunities to support causes that matter through our One IDEXX program.
  • A collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions help pets lead fuller lives.
  • Additional benefits including but not limited to financial support, mental health resources, volunteer paid days off, employee stock program, foundation donation matching, and much more!
Why IDEXX:

We’re proud of the work we do, because our work matters. An innovation leader in every industry we serve since 1983, our team members help pet owners worldwide keep their companion animals healthy and happy, ensure safe drinking water for billions, and help farmers protect livestock and poultry from disease. At IDEXX, you’ll be supported by competitive compensation, incentives, and benefits while enjoying purposeful work that drives improvement.
