Capo Turno
Il Capo turno, a riporto del responsabile di produzione, gestirà un team composto da 3 persone con i seguenti obiettivi e responsabilità:
coordinare l'efficientamento produttivo del reparto;
coordinare l’operatività in termini qualitativi di prodotto e processo, facendo rispettare gli standard aziendali;
coordinare le risorse del team svolgendo da supporto nella produzione, monitorando l’utilizzo di materiale, formando e sostituendo gli operatori in caso di necessità, comunicando le eventuali anomalie al responsabile di produzione;
intervenire in caso di anomalie produttive e interfacciarsi con l’ente manutenzione;
garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti dal responsabile di produzione e di conseguenza monitorare i kpi durante tutto il turno, intervenendo in caso di scostamento dagli obiettivi, risolvendo i problemi e coinvolgendo gli enti di supporto,
Requisiti
Diploma o qualifica in ambito tecnico;
esperienza di almeno 3 anni in realtà di stampaggio a freddo della lamiera e conoscenza dei relativi processi produttivi;
esperienza nel coordinamento delle risorse e/o possesso di spiccate doti di leadership, doti comunicative e di problem solving;
disponibilità sui 2 turni;
completano il profilo capacità di analisi, visione di insieme e assertività.
