Projektleiter / Bauleiter Innendienst - Wärmepumpen (m/w/d)

Wer Termine hält, Subunternehmer antreibt und bis zum Ende strukturiert durchzieht, ist bei uns richtig.
Wir sind ein eigenfinanziertes Scale-up für Wärmepumpen und Photovoltaik. In 12 Monaten von 5 auf 50 Mitarbeiter gewachsen, ohne Investorendruck, weiter auf Wachstumskurs.
Die Rolle ist der Einstieg. Wer Projekte sauber abwickelt, wird zum Process Owner und gestaltet mit, wie wir die nächsten 50 Anlagen pro Monat stemmen. Maßstab für Entwicklung ist Leistung, nicht Dienstjahre.
Aufgaben
- PROJEKT OWNERSHIP - Führen von Projekten von der Beauftragung bis zur Abrechnung
- SUBUNTERNEHMER KOORDINATION - Monteure und Subunternehmer beauftragen, Termine festnageln, unangenehme Entscheidungen selbst überbringen
- REKLAMATIONSBEARBEITUNG - Tickets aus dem Customer Success übernehmen, Ursache klären, zuständigen Sub beauftragen, Fall schließen
- MATERIALBESTELLUNG - Bestellungen auslösen und nachhalten
- RECHNUNGSFREIGABE - Rechnungen prüfen, Abweichungen selbst durchsetzen, Freigabe im definierten Rahmen erteilen
Qualifikation
- BAUBEZUG - Ausbildung, Beruf oder beides: Gewerk, Bau-TGA, Gebäudetechnik, Bauleitung Innendienst, Gewährleistungsmanagement, etc.
- ZUVERLÄSSIGKEIT - Zugesagt = gehalten. Wenn etwas kippt, meldest du dich von selbst, rechtzeitig, nicht auf Nachfrage.
- STEUERUNG AUF DISTANZ - Du hast externe Betriebe ohne Vor-Ort-Präsenz gesteuert und verbindliche Zusagen per Telefon oder Mail geholt
- KOMMUNIKATIONSSTÄRKE - Saubere Mails, vollständige Tickets, präzise Dokumentation. Deine Bewerbungsmail ist bereits eine Arbeitsprobe.
