As a Senior Back Office Supervisor, you will lead by example, instilling a culture of excellence among your team members while managing daily tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coach back office staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Operational Oversight: Manage and streamline back office processes, including mailroom and data entry tasks.
- Performance Measurement: Regularly assess workload and team performance, implementing improvements to drive success.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve issues as they arise to maintain workflow continuity.
- Reporting: Generate reports on operational performance for management review and strategy formulation.

Qualifications for Senior Back Office Supervisor:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in back office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on process improvement.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work processes.
- Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
