- Elaborazione di testi SEO per il nostro sito;
- Supporto clienti attraverso telefono, eMail, social network;
- Supporto pre e post vendita (recessi, resi, ordini);
- Mantenere relazioni con l'azienda di digital marketing tedesca.
- Ricezione/sollecito/inserimento ordini, gestione e monitoraggio delle spedizioni che prevedono contatto con spedizionieri e corrieri per costi trasporto e tempi consegna Requisiti: - Laurea o diploma in materie economiche e/o gestionali;
- Precedente esperienza in analoga mansione
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua francese: parlato e scritto ad livello tale da poter gestire serenamente una telefonata in lingua tedesca (essenziale);
- Aver trascorso un periodo in Francia (preferibile);
- Ottime doti comunicative;
- Interesse alle nuove tecnologie digitali;
- Buone capacità organizzative, di comunicazione e collaborazione.
