Aufgaben
Die Mission:
- Automatisierung von Standard-Workflows und proaktive Problemlösung
- Schnittstelle zwischen IT-Support und Plattform-Engineering / AIOps
- Stabiler Betrieb der Infrastruktur und Endgeräte mit IaC (z. B. Terraform, Saltstack)
- Modernes Device Management für Windows-, Apple- und Android-Geräte
- Netzwerkbetrieb und Administration (Cisco, BGP, LAN, WAN)
- Führung des Teams fachlich und disziplinarisch, Steuerung über SLAs und KPIs
Qualifikation

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams, Steuerung über KPIs und SLAs
- Erfahrung mit Automatisierung & Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, Saltstack)
- Betrieb moderner IT-Infrastruktur: Server, Storage, Netzwerk, Clients, Device Management
- Schnittstelle zwischen Anwender:innen, IT und Management
- Erfahrung in Teamführung oder Bereitschaft für den nächsten Karriereschritt
