Who is this for
- Creative Strategist with 3+ years experience writing scripts and shot lists for performance video ads on Meta
- Proven track record scaling 8–9 figure DTC brands with UGC-style creatives
What you'll get

Key Responsibilities
- Write direct response UGC style scripts that drive high conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data and use learnings to optimize future scripts.
- Collaborate with our Creator Team and Editors to ensure the ad creation process from idea to execution runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years writing performance video ads for Meta
- Portfolio of UGC/performance ads that scaled DTC brands
- Understanding of how to analyze Meta performance data
- Strong grasp of rapid iteration, testing, and data-informed decisions
- Experience collaborating with editors and providing them with clear feedback to bring your vision to life
