Deine Aufgaben
Für unser Büro in Hamburg suchen wir dich als Unterstützung für den Unternehmensbereich Sales.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und den anderen Einheiten Trading/Technology/Operations/Finance und hilfst dabei den Umstieg auf neu entwickelte Software-Lösungen durchzuführen.
Deine Tätigkeiten dabei sind die Validierung von Daten sowie Übertragung dieser in das neue System. Ebenso testest du Funktionalitäten und kannst mit deinem Feedback direkten Einfluss auf weitere Entwicklung nehmen.
Dein Profil
Folgende Kompetenzen sind wichtig für deinen Arbeitsalltag bei uns:
- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Excel und kannst Daten strukturiert aufbereiten und auswerten.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und strukturiert und behältst auch bei organisatorischen und administrativen Vertriebsaufgaben den Überblick.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, kommunizierst offen und interessierst dich für technische Produkte sowie digitale Anwendungen.
