Role Summary:
We are looking for passionate and motivated Salesforce freshers from the 2025 and 2026 batches who have strong programming fundamentals and a keen interest in building a career in Salesforce Development. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Java/Python, OOPs, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Database concepts, along with basic exposure to Salesforce through academic projects, internships, or hands-on learning.
The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and development practices.
- 2025 or 2026 pass-out with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals with knowledge of Java , Python.
- Good understanding of OOPs, Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Database concepts and SQL.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce internship experience is an added advantage.
- Prior hands-on exposure or working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Basic exposure to Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Objects, Triggers, or LWC will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Salesforce Development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 75% score in the assessment to qualify for the interview process.
