About the Job 
Rubrik Professional Services is looking for a high-energy, strategic, and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations and help shape the future of our delivery practice. In this role, you will be customer-facing, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realization, and operational efficiency. You will own high-stakes client engagements end-to-end, bringing deep project management expertise to solve problems on the ground and drive customer outcomes with minimal oversight.

About You 
As a Senior Project Manager in our PS Organisation, you will drive impact primarily through hands-on delivery excellence, leadership, and practice enablement.

1. Client Delivery Excellence
● Drive Complex Engagements: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off within fast-paced environments.
● Scope & Milestone Management: Prepare enterprise customers for deployment, establish clear success criteria, track deliverables, set targets, manage resources, and ensure project execution adheres to deadlines and budgets.
● Risk & Issue Governance: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies, resolving issues autonomously before they escalate.
● Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Customer Support, Sales), and third- party partners.
● Quality & Performance: Execute quality control throughout project lifecycles to ensure deliverables meet or exceed Rubrik's standards and customer business objectives.

2. PMO & Process Optimisation
● Partner with PS leadership to help build, refine, and maintain the PMO governance framework, including standard operating procedures, project methodologies, and key performance indicators.
● Continuous Improvement: Flag bottlenecks and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction.
● Assist in establishing best practices for your engagements, resource allocation, utilisation tracking, and project health reporting across the PS portfolio.

Required Qualifications:
● 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within a Professional Services or Consulting organization.
● Previous experience with managing customers from Financial Services, Government, Healthcare industries
● Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment.
● Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exercising strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguous, high-pressure customer situations.
● Expert knowledge of modern project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) as well as Google Workspace.
● Fluent written and spoken English skill is a must.
● Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Good to Have Qualifications:
● Recognised credentials like Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, knowledge of Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP), or Lean frameworks.
● Technical Background: Prior hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Protection, Enterprise Storage, Cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery is a strong plus.
● Financial acumen regarding professional services metrics (e.g., revenue recognition, margin, utilization, project profitability).
● Additional European language skills (German, Spanish etc.) are a great plus.
● Experience contributing to PMO governance practices.
