Billing Specialist (m/w/d)- Teilzeit - Mainz / Frankfurt/Hybrid
Zur Verstärkung unseres gruppenweit agierenden evoila Teams suchen wir einen Billing Specialist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20-30 Std./Woche). In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine zentrale Funktion in unseren Rechnungs- und Abrechnungsprozessen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf zwischen Kunden, Partnern und internen Teams.
Mit deinem Gespür für Zahlen, deiner sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise und deiner Serviceorientierung stellst du sicher, dass Fristen, Qualität und Prozesse jederzeit im Blick bleiben. Von der Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen über die Klärung von Differenzen bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Abläufe leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.

Aufgaben
✅ Erstellung und Versand von Ausgangsrechnungen
✅ Prüfung von Leistungsnachweisen und Datenqualität
✅ Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen mit Kunden, Partnern und Kollegen
✅ Verantwortung für Mahnwesen und Zahlungserinnerungen
✅ Pflege von Kunden- und Partnerportalen
✅ Optimierung bestehender Prozesse im Rechnungswesen
Qualifikation
✔ Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
✔ Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Billing oder in der Buchhaltung
✔ Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office sowie CRM- und ERP-Systemen
✔ Strukturierte, sorgfältige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
✔ Sehr gute Deutsch (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
Optimal wäre es, wenn du:
- bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit unserem ERP-System Workday hast.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kundenanfragen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Kundenservice mitbringst und professionell sowie lösungsorientiert auf Anfragen reagierst.
