Remote WebCon BPS Developer

Along with dynamic company development, we are looking for talented and experienced Document Management Systems Architect / Developer. Must have hands on experience with WEBCON workflows development and implementation. Analytical skills required. UI Path bots development knowledge a plus. Fully remote. 25+ years of experience on the Polish market for the American biggest children's apparel company since the 1940s. Self-motivated and team player. Long term contract only. 1. Education and Certifications (a plus, not mandatory): Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field is a plus but not required. Certifications: Relevant certifications in document management systems or business process management (e.g., certifications from major DMS/BPM providers, ITIL, PMP) are a plus. 2. Professional Experience: Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on designing, implementing, and managing document management systems (DMS). DMS Expertise: Extensive experience with DMS platforms such as WEBCON, SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, Alfresco, or similar systems. Automation Tools: Knowledge of UiPath is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus. Project Leadership: Experience in leading DMS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment, is a plus but not mandatory. 3. Technical Skills: DMS Architecture Design: Experience in designing scalable and robust DMS architectures, including the integration of document management systems with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM). Programming and Scripting: Experience in programming languages and scripting tools (e.g., Java, C#, Python) for developing custom DMS solutions and integrations a plus. Database Management: Understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and experience in designing database schemas and optimizing database performance a plus. Integration Techniques: Experience with integrating DMS solutions using APIs, Web Services, RESTful, and SOAP protocols. Document Management Standards: Knowledge of document management standards and protocols (e.g., XML, PDF/A, OCR) and their application in DMS solutions. Documentation and Diagrams: Ability to create analytical and technical documentation, including process diagrams and flowcharts to support DMS design and implementation. 4. Analytical and Project Management Skills: Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and optimize document workflows, implement best practices, and ensure effective document lifecycle management. Solution Design: Skilled in designing solutions that address complex business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Project Management: Experience in managing DMS projects from inception to completion, including resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication, is a plus but not mandatory. 5. Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, including executives, business users, and IT teams. Leadership: Leadership and team management skills to guide project teams and ensure successful implementation of DMS solutions are a plus but not mandatory. Problem Solving: Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, propose effective solutions, and address technical challenges. 6. Continuous Improvement: Technology Trends: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in document management and digital transformation to continuously enhance DMS solutions. Innovation: Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in document management processes.
