Line Cook - Balkan Restaurant - Staff Housing Available
We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us this summer at Balkan! Fresh Mediterranean in the heart of Banff. From fresh pita wraps to mouthwatering souvlaki & plenty of vegetarian options, prepare your taste buds for fun & flavourful Mediterranean dishes paired perfectly with vibrant cocktails and fruity spirit-free drinks. We Love Perks! This Position Includes:
- Earn up to $30.50/hr in summer (base pay $19.00–$23.50/hr + average tip-outs of $4–$7/hr)
- Earn an extra $2.50/hr Summer Bonus on all hours worked until September 9, 2026

What You'll Do:
- Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
What You Have:
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Previous culinary experience
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required
