Aufgaben
- Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Client-, Infrastruktur- und Serversystemen
- Installation und Wartung von Software-Anwendungen
- Überwachung der Systemleistung und Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit
- Implementierung und Verwaltung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zum Schutz der Systeme
- Störungsbeseitigung und Problemlösung
- Aktives Verfolgen aktueller IT-Trends und TechnologienSchulung von Mitarbeitern in der Nutzung von Soft- und Hardware sowie Erstellung der dazugehörigen Unterlagen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerke, Betriebssysteme, Applikationen sowie IT-Sicherheit
- Starke Problemlösungskompetenz und ausgeprägte DienstleistungsorientierungHervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit, um technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
