Praktikant:in (m/w/d) Business Transformation
Du möchtest Transformation nicht nur beobachten, sondern aktiv mitgestalten? Bei uns begleitest du die Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems von Beginn an, arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung und externen Beratern zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Teilprojekte. Gleichzeitig erhältst du Einblicke in unsere laufende Lean Transformation – und sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung an der Schnittstelle von Strategie, Digitalisierung und Umsetzung.
Aufgaben
- Begleitung des ERP-Implementierungsprojekts ab dem Kick-off in Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und externen Beratern
- Übernahme von Verantwortung und Ownership für ausgewählte Teilprojekte innerhalb der ERP-Einführung
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse
- Koordination, Aufbereitung und Dokumentation von Projektinhalten sowie Nachverfolgung definierter Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung der aktuell anlaufenden Lean Transformation und Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung ausgewählter Lean-Initiativen
- Erstellung von Analysen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Projektteam und Geschäftsführung
Qualifikation
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Bezug zu Transformation, Digitalisierung oder Prozessoptimierung, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensberatung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken kombiniert mit einer eigenständigen, strukturierten und flexiblen Hands-on-Mentalität
- Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung, selbstständigem Arbeiten und der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
