The Role
Airwallex is seeking a results-driven Senior Associate, Field and Partner Marketing EMEA to join the regional marketing team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, responsible for shaping and executing a field marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and accelerates business growth in the region. It reports to the Senior Manager, Field and Partner Marketing, EMEA.
You will support our field marketing efforts in UK and wider EMEA during our next phase of growth, working closely with the EMEA sales teams and the EMEA Marketing team to deliver impactful, locally relevant initiatives that drive brand fame, pipeline creation and accelerate deal progression in our target accounts. To support our fast growth, this role requires a proactive mindset, strong project management skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration to keep initiatives moving and ensure high-quality execution.
What You’ll Do
Own field marketing initiatives across UK and wider EMEA, including event sponsorships, exhibitions, roundtables, dinners, and webinars.
Partner with the Partner Marketing Manager to help execute high impact, measurable co-marketing activities with priority partners.
Lead the end-to-end execution of field activities, from project management through operations, ensuring smooth delivery and execution.
Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams, together with local Sales teams, to develop localized sales and marketing collateral, shape event messaging, and define pre- and post-event engagement plans for the EMEA market.
Drive strong event ROI by setting clear objectives and KPIs for each activity, ensuring lead follow-up, nurture, tracking performance, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to optimize the field marketing funnel.
Represent Airwallex on-site with professionalism and energy, acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on field and event marketing.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution, from planning to measurement.
A skilled project manager. Hands-on, proactive, organized with multitasking abilities.
Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and sales.
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
Team player! Professional, proactive, with a can-do attitude and ownership mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
A small amount of international travel within Europe is required to be onsite at key events.
A big plus: Understanding of the UK ecosystem and key conferences with experience working with local vendors
