What You’ll Do
As a LME Care Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide quality day to day care and support
  • Support participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habits
  • Celebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningful
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choice
  • Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals

For this specific assignment, you will work 2-hour shifts, four times per week, assisting with hoisting and transfers in a house in Belivah.

Who You Are

  • You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • You have experience working within the NDIS
  • Bonus if you have high medical care experience or training in MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention
