Deine Aufgaben
Technische Verantwortung
- Du verantwortest die technische Umsetzung von Photovoltaik Aufdachanlagen teilweise in Kombination mit BESS und/oder Elektromobilität
- Du leitest die Projektumsetzung von der technischen Planung über die Bauphase bis hin zur Kundenabnahme und der internen Übergabe an unsere Service-Abteilung
- Du führst und koordinierst alle notwendigen Maßnahmen im Bereich Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsschutz
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Projektziele in Bezug auf Termine und Qualität erreicht und dokumentiert werden
- Du verantwortest und optimierst die Kosten für jedes deiner Projekte
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit
- Du verantwortest und präsentierst Projektstatus und -fortschritt gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern

Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Du hast Erfahrung als Projektleiter*in im Bereich Anlagenbau und verfügst idealerweise über Praxiskenntnisse im Bereich PV-Aufdachanlagen (> 500 kWp)
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Netzintegration Erneuerbarer Energien
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit EPC-Verträgen, Kundenabnahmen, Anlagenzertifikaten und Inbetriebnahmen von PV-Anlagen
- Du bringst sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder mit
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und einen Führerschein der Klasse B
