About the role

As an Engineering Manager at MYOB, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and encouraging a squad or multiple squads within our Tech team. This is an outstanding opportunity to combine technology leadership with coaching and mentoring, ensuring the seamless delivery of our product and technology roadmaps. You will work closely with other leaders to establish and meet service level objectives, following MYOB’s development and security standards carefully. Your efforts will support the successful implementation and balance of both short-term delivery goals and long-term strategic aims, making a meaningful contribution to MYOB’s mission!

The skills you'll need

  • Proven experience in technology leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Outstanding ability to balance technology, delivery, and product outcomes
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on achieving world-class standards
  • Proficiency in outlining and implementing product and technology roadmaps
  • Proficiency in guaranteeing conformity to development and security standards
