Head of Sales (m/w/d) High-Performance Cars & Aerospace, Paderborn
Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Technologieunternehmen mit rund 280 MA und spezialisiert auf innovative Lösungen für High Performance Cars und weitere anspruchsvolle Industrien. Der Bereich Aerospace soll gezielt aufgebaut und weiterentwickelt werden. Für den Bereich Sales sucht unser Kunde Verstärkung.
Aufgaben
· Aufbau und strategische Entwicklung des Vertriebsbereichs Aerospace
· Pflege und Entwicklung bestehender Kunden
· Gewinnung neuer Kunden sowie Erschließung neuer Märkte und Geschäftspotenziale
· Entwicklung und Umsetzung internationaler Vertriebsstrategien
· Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele
· enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen sowie Repräsentation des Unternehmens nach außen
Qualifikation
· abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
· mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise Aerospace, Automotive oder Motorsport
· Erfahrung im Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder und in der Neukundenakquise
· technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für innovative Technologien
· unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigenmotivation
· souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
· strategische und hands-on geprägte Arbeitsweise
· internationale Reisebereitschaft
· fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
