We’re looking for a proactive, curious and ambitious SEO Executive to join our growing SEO team in London. This role is part of our Total Search department, which includes SEO, Paid Search, AI Discovery, Social SEO and Digital PR.

Working closely with our SEO Manager, you’ll help deliver effective organic search strategies for a varied portfolio of clients across live events and fashion in the UK and US. You’ll have a strong grounding in SEO, particularly content, keyword research and on-page optimisation, and be comfortable turning data and research into clear recommendations and practical actions for our clients.

Search is evolving rapidly, and this role will extend beyond traditional SEO. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across social search, AI discovery and digital PR. Previous experience in these areas is beneficial but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

We’re looking for someone who is forward-thinking, excited by change and motivated to find new ways to improve client performance in a rapidly changing search landscape. This role is ideal for someone with 6 - 12+ months of experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting a range of clients across live entertainment, venues and fashion ecommerce across the UK and US.
  • Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, search trends and search-intent research across traditional search engines (Google) and relevant social and AI discovery platforms such as ChatGPT and Tiktok Search.
  • Deliver on-page optimisation across website content, including page structure, metadata, internal linking, providing optimised copy and implementation in client CMS systems such as Wordpress.
  • Identify content gaps and growth opportunities, editorial content calendars, helping to develop SEO content strategies, briefs and roadmaps for the website alongside social SEO.
  • Contribute to technical SEO audits, identifying issues relating to crawlability, indexing, site structure and performance, and supporting their implementation with relevant teams.
  • Recommendations for link opportunities and digital PR activity that strengthens clients’ authority and organic visibility.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of organic performance to clients and timely execution of tasks in the SEO roadmap.
  • Support client meetings, reporting sessions, QBRs, campaign reviews, and presentations.
  • Embrace the use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support your work to make efficiencies, while maintaining strong standards of accuracy, quality and critical thinking.
  • Demonstrable experience in an SEO role, ideally within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment. Ideally approximately 6-12+ months of hands-on experience.
  • Practical experience in content-led and on-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimisation and search intent analysis.
  • Familiarity with common content management systems such as WordPress.
  • A good working knowledge of technical and off-site SEO, with the ability to identify issues and make practical recommendations, including schema / structured data mark up
  • Experience using SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, and crawling tools like Screaming Frog is desirable.
  • Experience producing SEO performance reports and working with dashboard tools such as Looker Studio.
  • An understanding of how SEO contributes to wider marketing objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to explain SEO recommendations clearly.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
  • A curious, forward-thinking mindset and an interest in how social search, AI and changing consumer behaviour are reshaping discovery.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • A desire to keep learning, experiment with new approaches and contribute to the development of a growing SEO team.
  • An interest in live entertainment, venues, fashion or ecommerce would be beneficial.
  • 25-day holiday allowance excluding Bank Holidays (plus extra time off over the Christmas period) and one extra day’s holiday accrued for the first three years of service
  • Competitive salary - verified regularly through external benchmarking analysis
  • 3pm finish on a Friday - subject to business requirements
  • Enhanced family-friendly and personal leave
  • Health cash plan (after 3 months service)
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Hybrid working and working from home equipment allowance
  • Regular free tickets to live events
  • Structured personal development, a customised training programme and opportunities to attend industry conferences
  • An active social events calendar and opportunity to input into the social calendar
  • Opportunities to help further shape the business culture and agency benefits.
