We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Parts Coordinator to join the Cadillac F1® team, playing a key role in the efficient movement, storage and control of parts throughout the operation. From goods-in and stock management to picking, packing and dispatching components for events and customers, you’ll help ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. This is a fast-paced role where accuracy, reliability and the ability to work under pressure are essential, particularly during the intensity of race season.

  • Support goods-in and goods-out processes 
  • Carry out stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy 
  • Organize and store parts safely and efficiently 
  • Assist with occasional van runs for local collections and deliveries 
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal and external use 
  • Prepare shipments for events and customer deliveries 
  • Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and complete 

 

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in stores, warehouses, or logistics roles
  • Good attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Forklift license and manual handling experience preferred
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Willing to work flexible hours during race season
