Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our financial operations. In this role, you will maintain precise financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transaction Management
- Maintain accurate accounting records by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries to support month-end close.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts.
2. Accounts Receivable and Revenue Recognition
- Review customer orders and contracts, generate invoices, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Process incoming payments, reconcile to accounts receivable, and record transactions.
- Perform revenue recognition and reconcile deferred revenue balances in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage collection activities for overdue accounts and support resolution of outstanding issues.
3. Audit Coordination
- Support external auditors during interim and annual audits.
- Prepare schedules, documentation, and supporting materials as required.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready financial documentation.
4. Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in ad hoc financial projects and process improvements.
- Calculate sales commissions, obtain required approvals, and prepare statements for employees.
- Cross-train with team members and provide backup coverage when needed.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Comptable principal(e) / Senior Accountant expérimenté(e) pour contribuer à l’exactitude, à l’intégrité et à la fiabilité de nos opérations financières.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de maintenir des registres comptables précis, d’assurer la conformité aux normes comptables et de contribuer à la santé financière globale de l’organisation. Il s’agit d’un poste pratique et opérationnel dans un environnement dynamique qui exige de solides compétences techniques, une grande attention aux détails ainsi qu’une capacité à collaborer avec différentes équipes.
Principales responsabilités
1. Gestion des transactions
- Maintenir des registres comptables précis en enregistrant, vérifiant, consolidant et saisissant les transactions financières.
- Préparer et comptabiliser les écritures de journal nécessaires à la clôture mensuelle.
- Effectuer les rapprochements mensuels des comptes du grand livre général qui vous sont assignés.
2. Comptes clients et reconnaissance des revenus
- Examiner les commandes et les contrats clients, générer les factures et veiller à leur transmission dans les délais.
- Traiter les paiements reçus, effectuer les rapprochements des comptes clients et enregistrer les transactions.
- Effectuer la reconnaissance des revenus et rapprocher les soldes de revenus différés conformément aux US GAAP.
- Gérer les activités de recouvrement des comptes en souffrance et contribuer à la résolution des problèmes en suspens.
3. Coordination des audits
- Soutenir les auditeurs externes lors des audits intermédiaires et annuels.
- Préparer les rapprochements, documents, pièces justificatives et autres informations requises.
- Maintenir une documentation financière organisée, exacte et prête pour les audits.
4. Responsabilités supplémentaires
- Participer à des projets financiers ponctuels et à des initiatives d’amélioration des processus.
- Calculer les commissions de vente, obtenir les approbations requises et préparer les relevés destinés aux employés.
- Assurer une polyvalence avec les membres de l’équipe et fournir un soutien en cas d’absence ou de besoin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger work.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and standard accounting processes
- Experience with accounting and business tools such as Sage Intacct, Zoho, HubSpot, Ramp, or similar platforms.
- Experience working for SaaS companies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $80,000–$115,000 USD. Actual compensation will be based on local market benchmarks, and relevant experience.
