Want to work for a disruptive digital marketing agency in the heart of London? re:act was founded by two global FMCG marketers with experience in Health & Beauty, Gaming, Food & Drink and Technology and since 2019 re:act marketing has grown from a team of 2 to over 40 employees. Working with top clients in the Health & Beauty Sector, Drinks and more we are a creative content agency that truly believes in developing content that means something to consumers. Brands are no longer defined by what they say about themselves, but by what real people say about them. Our agency creates unique moments that matter to the consumer, which allows brands to own conversations in a creative and engaging manner.

Our team creates content that travels with feeling and puts conversations at the heart of everything.

So where do you fit in?

At re:act, we’re looking for someone ambitious, energetic and resilient - someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves a challenge, and is passionate about creating world-class experiences for clients. We won’t sugar-coat it: we move quickly. Not the kind of “fast-paced” people casually mention - the kind that means we consistently deliver above and beyond. That sometimes means longer hours during peak projects, tight turnarounds, and multiple priorities at once. It’s intense, but it’s also exciting, rewarding, and full of momentum. If you’ve got grit, drive, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and you’re ready to be part of a team that delivers exceptional work at pace - we’d love to hear from you.

Specifically, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and personable Account Executive to join our growing team. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in digital marketing. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who’s excited to work across digital, social and media-led campaigns - and eager to learn from some of the best in the business.

You’ll be a key part of our client services team, helping to build strong relationships, deliver seamless campaigns, and uphold our values in everything you do. You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a team, takes pride in doing things well, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment (with the occasional dog under your desk).
