You will help drive iterative improvements to our platform and processes, while shaping your own remit, influencing how we work, and supporting continuous improvement across the function.</p> <p>You'll work alongside the Head of Operational Excellence and the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, partnering with stakeholders across Technology &amp; Cyber to solve problems, streamline processes, improve service outcomes, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives. The role offers broad exposure, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how Technology &amp; Cyber operates.
