We are in search of an innovative and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our digital workplace experience, focusing on servicedesk, end-user support, and field operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in technology leadership, driving digital transformation, and enhancing user experiences across the organization.

What You'll Do:

A Client CTO is a passionate and high-energy technology leader who operates at the forefront of innovation, combining deep technical expertise with visionary thought leadership to shape client strategy and outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, they bring a natural ability to build credibility quickly, foster meaningful relationships, and translate complex challenges into compelling, value-driven solutions. With a strong presence in both client and industry forums, they confidently evangelize emerging technologies and strategic direction, positioning themselves and their organisation as a forward-thinking partner. As Client CTO, you will be a trusted technical advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leading solution strategy, innovation roadmaps, and technical excellence.
Working closely with sales, delivery, product, and portfolio teams, you will shape and present compelling solutions aligned to client goals and capabilities.
This senior, high-visibility leadership role is responsible for defining and delivering technology strategy for strategic client accounts, including some of our most important clients.
As a trusted advisor, the Client CTO connects technology innovation to business outcomes, identifies growth opportunities, and delivers long-term value for clients as they navigate their digital future.
Core Responsibilities
•Anticipate emerging technology trends and translate them into client value
•Lead strategic discussions and innovation forums with clients
•Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps
•Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape solutions
•Provide strategic input into proposals, renewals, and account plans
•Build strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders
•Provide insight and feedback from clients into internal business units
•Drive governance across strategy and innovation programs
•Represent a holistic view of across all business units
•Act as the primary technical representative and strategic advisor to client leadership, including the C-suite
•Lead the development of complex, tailored solutions that align with client needs, offerings, and emerging technologies
•Drive client-facing strategy and innovation engagements, including executive briefings, technology workshops, and roadmap discussions that align business priorities with emerging capabilities.
•Foster long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand portfolio of services

•Lead from the front in a proactive outcome-oriented approach, while adapting to client culture, stakeholders, and operating environments
•Build relationships across the client organization and earn a seat at the table
•Collaborate with the Client Executive, Client Delivery Executive, and Client Security Officer to ensure a coordinated leadership approach for the client.
•Work cross-functionally across technical, commercial, and delivery teams
•Participate in regular account and business reviews
•Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
•Facilitate executive strategy discussions, innovation forums, and technology workshops that connect emerging technologies to client priorities, business outcomes, and long-term transformation plans.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
o Extensive experience in technology leadership roles
o Proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation
o Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing large-scale deals
o Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
o Broad understanding of enterprise technology landscapes
o Experience working across global, matrixed organizations
o 15+ years in IT Architecture, CTO roles, or innovation leadership, ideally within Cloud Applications & Infrastructure or Digital Workplace domains
o Strong expertise in Digital Workplace technologies or cloud platforms/infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes
o Proven track record in pre-sales solutioning, consultative selling, and engaging senior stakeholders
o Experience acting as the technical lead for major technology implementations or programs
o Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
