
Assistant Support Manager

Hours are 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £40,850.

This is a fixed-term 12-month contract, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience and further your career within the care sector.
We are looking for an Assistant Support Manager who can support, develop and lead our team of Lead Seniors whilst assisting the Registered Support Manager to ensure we work to the high standards and visionary values of the business.
As our Assistant Support Manager, you will be:
- Compassionate, with the expertise to motivate and inspire others and be highly organised with sound decision-making skills.
- A leader, building and developing the Lead Senior Support teams to ensure we provide an excellent service for older people living in our village.
- Responsible for ensuring that all household customers receive the care, support and lifestyle choices that have been identified and agreed within their Life Plan.
A Level 5 qualification in Care Management, or working towards one, is desirable for this role.
