Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst und steuerst die Kommunikationsstrategie der SelectLine Group operativ weiter – proaktiv, nicht reaktiv
- Du bist kommunikativer Sparringspartner für CEO und C-Level: Statements, Talking Points, Q&As, Townhall-Vorbereitung
- Du steuerst die gruppenweite interne Kommunikation über Gesellschaften, Standorte und Länder hinweg
- Du begleitest Reorganisationen, Führungswechsel, Integrationen und M&A kommunikativ von Anfang an
- Du koordinierst Pressemitteilungen, Corporate Statements und Medienanfragen
- Du etablierst klare Kommunikationsprozesse, Verantwortlichkeiten und den gruppenweiten Redaktionsplan
- Du unterstützt die externe Positionierung von Unternehmen und Management auf LinkedIn und weiteren Kanälen
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Corporate Communications oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Fundierte Praxis in interner Unternehmenskommunikation und Change Communications
- Erfahrung in der Beratung von Geschäftsführung, C-Level oder Senior Management
- Sehr hohe Textsicherheit und ausgeprägte redaktionelle Kompetenz
- Sicheres Stakeholder-Management über alle Hierarchieebenen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien und Kernbotschaften
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gutes Business-Englisch
