Votre mission
Collaborer à la facturation hospitalière et ambulatoire
Assurer la saisie et l’enregistrement de différentes prestations
Effectuer les contrôles et analyses nécessaires avant facturation
Gérer la correspondance avec les assurances
Répondre aux demandes et questions des patients par téléphone
Vos atouts
Titulaire d’un CFC d’employé-e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente
Une expérience dans le domaine hospitalier ou des assurances, constitue un atout
Excellentes connaissances de la tarification hospitalière
Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ; la connaissance du système Opale constitue un plus
Excellente capacité d’adaptation, sens de l’organisation et aptitude à travailler de manière autonome
Rigueur, précision et aisance dans les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs
Entrée en fonction : 1er octobre 2026 ou à convenir
