Our current portfolio has some 1100 homes across 40 communities, and our developments are beautifully designed, offering stunning community living.

You’ll be based at our Crowthorne development, an elegant development of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, a residents' lounge, communal gardens and a guest suite.

About our role

This is a varied role in which you'll be the driving force behind our residential development. You'll be our go-to person on-site, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our residents. This exciting role calls for a perfect mix of practical building knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to cultivating a lively community.

This role offers a great variety of tasks where you'll be responsible for...

Building Operations

  • Conduct regular building inspections and carry out essential checks, including fire alarm, emergency light, and water system testing.
  • Coordinate with external contractors to ensure effective maintenance and timely repairs.
  • Ensure all health and safety requirements for the development are met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resident inquiries and emergencies.

Resident & Community Relations

  • Create a positive experience for new residents by assisting with the move-in process.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with residents and their families.
  • Plan and organise engaging social events and activities to foster a strong sense of community.

Administration & Collaboration

  • This is a part-time role working the following: Thursdays & Fridays 08:30 - 16:00 with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
  • There may be occasions when we need you to be flexible with your working days due to the needs of the business.

About you

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a 'people person' who takes genuine pride in their surroundings. You are as comfortable chatting with a resident over coffee as you are checking a fire alarm panel or coordinating a contractor.

Your skills & experience

  • You’re empathetic, patient, and genuinely enjoy creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere for residents and their families.
  • Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or luxury hospitality is a significant plus.
  • You take responsibility seriously. You understand the importance of Health & Safety compliance and are diligent in essential checks and record-keeping.
  • From managing a move-in schedule to planning a summer garden party, you can juggle administrative tasks and event planning.
  • You’re a clear communicator who enjoys working with internal teams and external contractors to get the job done right.

Your attributes

  • You understand that our developments aren't just buildings, they are homes. You’ll treat the development with the care and attention to detail it deserves.
  • You are punctual, professional, and possess a calm head when dealing with emergencies.
  • You are comfortable using basic IT systems for logging maintenance requests and maintaining digital records.

Invested in your wellbeing

At Pegasus Homes, we believe an effective work-life balance requires support across three key elements. By joining our team you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.

  • FInancial Wellbeing: Contributory pension with enhanced employer input, Life Assurance, a Company Discounts Portal, and a Refer-a-Friend scheme.

We are an inclusive employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds. Please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments during the process.

Note: Applicants must currently possess the right to work in the UK.
