We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded RevOps Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. The RevOps Analyst will play a key role in optimizing Sales and Marketing operations to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and process optimization skills.

 

What You Will Do

Reporting and Analysis

• Monitor monthly marketing performance leads, MQLs, and conversion rates across all channels
• Map the full lead-to-revenue funnel and identify the specific stage(s) where drop-off is disproportionate to historical norms
• Assess which channels are driving pipeline and revenue rather than just volume, flagging cases where MQL counts rise without a corresponding lift in conversion or closed-won attribution
• Deliver a monthly summary covering what happened, why it happened, which signals are structural versus noise, and what to monitor going forward

 

Strategic Analysis

• Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency and fueling revenue growth
• Evaluate ICP fit across the funnel confirming that incoming leads match target customer profiles and that this is reflected in deal size and win rate
• Connect demand generation trends to pipeline health, distinguishing net-new pipeline creation from recycled or aged opportunities
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across

 

Structural Design

• Monitor system activity to ensure adherence to prescribed processes by all users
• Audit attribution and source data integrity, disclosing when UTM or tracking gaps undermine confidence in channel-level conclusions
• Provide technical expertise and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges, conducting detailed analysis of technical and business requirements

 

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders from Finance, Customer success, Sales, Marketing, and other departments, fostering a cohesive feedback loop
• Maintain a holistic perspective of all business processes and user interactions within the system(s), discerning cross-functional impacts and recommending optimizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, Sales Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated fluency with GTM metrics MQL / SQL / funnel stages, pipeline coverage, ARR
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) and marketing automation/attribution tools
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of effective cross-team collaboration
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proactive problem-solving aptitude with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
• Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
• Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located

Compensation

The total compensation range for this role is $60,000 CAD to $80,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws in Canada and the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
