Role overview

We are seeking an AI Transformation Manager to drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions across our Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams. This role bridges strategy and practical delivery, shaping our roadmap across three core pillars: Upskilling & Culture, High-Impact Pilots, and Business Self-Service

How you'll make an impact

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and deliver the AI transformation roadmap across people, process, and technology.

  • Use-Case Pipeline: Identify, prioritize, and deploy high-value AI solutions, starting with quick wins and building toward scalable, enterprise-grade tools.

  • Process Optimization: Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance leads to re-engineer workflows, enhancing quality, speed, and consistency.

  • Enablement & Culture: Build AI fluency across teams through tailored change management, training programs, and hands-on guidance.

  • Business Self-Service: Design and deploy AI-driven self-service mechanisms that increases the business' ability to self-serve routine legal, risk, and compliance requests via intuitive, AI-powered tools.

What we're looking for

  • Domain Expertise: Strong background in Legal, Risk, or Compliance, with proven experience leading tech or operational transformation initiatives.

  • Practical AI Knowledge: Solid understanding of generative AI, contract lifecycle management (CLM) AI, and Legal AI tools.

  • Stakeholder Leadership: Track record of bringing cross-functional stakeholders along the journey and translating ambiguous goals into concrete execution.

  • Change Management: Ability to drive user adoption, overcome hesitation toward AI tools, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.

Success looks like

  • Scalable Pipeline: A prioritization matrix and active pipeline of high-impact AI use cases showing measurable ROI.

  • High Adoption: Widespread, confident adoption of AI tools across internal Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions.

  • Business Empowerment: A measurable shift toward stakeholder self-service for low-complexity, high-volume requests, leading to faster response times across the organization.

  • Operational Efficiency: Reduced turnaround times and manual effort for core legal and compliance processes.
