Ihre Mission

Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Controller / Senior Controller (m/w/d), der unsere Unternehmenssteuerung mit fundierten Analysen, belastbaren Kennzahlen und klaren Handlungsempfehlungen unterstützt.

Wir suchen keine Person, die ausschließlich reportet, sondern jemanden, der Verantwortung übernimmt, Zusammenhänge versteht und aktiv Verbesserungen vorantreibt. Neben strategischen Analysen gehören auch operative Themen zum Alltag. Dafür sind Eigeninitiative, Pragmatismus und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität entscheidend.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen 
  • Mitarbeit bei Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen 
  • Durchführung von Auswertungen, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen 
  • Eigenständige Identifikation, Beschaffung und Aufbereitung relevanter Daten und Kennzahlen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Reports, Dashboards und Management-Präsentationen 
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Umsatz-, Kosten- und Leistungskennzahlen 
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte durch fundierte Ad-hoc-Analysen und betriebswirtschaftliche Bewertungen
  • Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie an der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanz- und Controllingprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams, insbesondere Finance, HR, Sales und Marketing


Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, FP&A, Finance, Rechnungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicherer Überblick auch bei komplexen Zahlen und Sachverhalten
  • Freude daran, Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu unterstützen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Interesse an BI-Tools, Automatisierung und datengetriebenen Prozessen
  • Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und Motivation zur fachlichen sowie persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für eigene Themen zu übernehmen
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie eine pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
