Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.

Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.

About the role

Most people think AI is coming for their job. We think it's coming for the boring parts of it.

We're looking for someone smart, curious, and highly organised to help run Synthesia's social presence day to day. You don't need years of social media experience or to have already led a global social strategy. We're more interested in someone who's a strong communicator, has good instincts, gets the internet, and is excited to learn.

You'll help manage how Synthesia - and some of the people behind it - show up across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. That means keeping our content calendar organised, getting posts live at the right moment, engaging with the people talking to us, and making sure great ideas don't get lost in the shuffle.

You'll also work closely with our leadership team, helping turn their ideas, perspectives, and day-to-day thinking into a consistent and engaging social presence.

The team

You'll report into the Head of Social Media and work alongside a team of six, including videographers, editors, and creators who produce exceptional content in-house across every format and channel.

It's a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a fast-growing global brand operates on social while taking on meaningful ownership from day one.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing our day-to-day presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Owning and maintaining the social content calendar, keeping upcoming posts, assets, and priorities organised

  • Scheduling and publishing content at the right time across different accounts and platforms

  • Managing comments and engaging with people across our social channels in a thoughtful, natural, and engaging way

  • Keeping track of conversations, trends, and relevant moments happening across social

  • Coordinating with our internal creative team to make sure content moves smoothly from idea to publication

  • Helping manage and organise multiple social accounts, assets, approvals, and day-to-day requests

  • Tracking performance and learning what resonates with different audiences

We'd love to hear from you if...

  • You're smart, driven, curious, and eager to learn

  • You're a few years into your career and ready to take on more ownership

  • You're highly organised and genuinely enjoy keeping lots of moving pieces on track

  • You understand how people actually interact on social media, and can engage without sounding like a corporate account

  • You have good judgement and know when something should go live, when to engage, and when not to

  • You're comfortable taking someone's ideas and turning them into something clear, organised, and ready to publish

  • You don't mind the operational side of social: calendars, scheduling, comments, account management, and coordination

  • You're genuinely curious about AI, technology, and the conversations happening around the future of work

Location: London or New York · Full-time · Hybrid (3 days in office)
