The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director of Generative AI, you will lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions across OES and its partners. You'll work closely with academic, product, technology, and operational teams to ensure AI products deliver meaningful outcomes for learners, academics, and partners while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards. You'll also lead and develop a team of AI Solution Specialists, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns end‑to‑end delivery and rollout of agreed product scope
- Translates roadmap into delivery plans, milestones and dependencies
- Manages delivery risk, sequencing, capacity and constraints
- Leads change management, rollout readiness and adoption
- Coordinates cross‑functional teams (tech, learning design, ops, academics)
- Is accountable for on‑time, safe and scalable delivery
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption activities
- Champion the needs of academics, learning designers, and students to inform product improvements
- Partner with business, product, and technology teams to align delivery outcomes
- Manage AI governance, risk, privacy, and compliance processes
- Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Lead and develop a team of AI Solution Specialists
- Communicate progress, risks, insights, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
About you:
You are a collaborative and commercially minded delivery leader who is passionate about the potential of AI to create positive educational outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Experience delivering and implementing AI, digital, or technology products
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capability
- Knowledge of some AI governance, risk, privacy, security, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working within agile delivery environments
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- A track record of driving adoption and business outcomes from technology solutions
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing high-performing teams
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
