Your mission will be to grow a select group of our most strategic enterprise accounts. Experience selling into the Utilities industry and managing large, complex, multi-national accounts is essential.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Telco and Utilities (UKI), you will bring an informed, compelling point of view on Data, Analytics, and AI to guide your strategy and deliver exceptional customer value alongside our internal teams and partner ecosystem.</p> <p><strong>The Impact You Will Have</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Revenue &amp; Growth:</strong> Co-develop a strategic business plan with your team and partners to exceed quarterly and annual usage and booking goals across a focused set of enterprise accounts.</li> <li><strong>Identify High-Value Use Cases:</strong> Lead customers, partners, and internal teams to uncover impactful Data and AI use cases while proving out their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.</li> <li><strong>Execute Transformation Strategies:</strong> Implement customer data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, well-scoped professional services, training, and targeted C-level engagement.</li> <li><strong>Build Technical Trust:</strong> Master technical product details and roadmap developments to cultivate credibility with both line-of-business executives and technical champions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Utilities &amp; Enterprise Expertise:</strong> Proven experience driving complex sales campaigns and building deep relationships within major Utilities accounts and global enterprises.</li> <li><strong>Domain Knowledge:</strong> Extensive background selling within the Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries.</li> <li><strong>Track Record of Success:</strong> Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas at high-growth Enterprise software companies using value-based selling methodologies.</li> <li><strong>Consumption Models:</strong> Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement strategies in tandem with professional services and training units.</li> <li><strong>Ecosystem Collaboration:</strong> Skilled at co-selling and scaling business with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Global System Integrators (GSIs).</li> <li><strong>Executive Presence:</strong> Proven capability to co-develop business cases and secure buy-in from C-level executives.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Databricks</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Databricks is the Data and AI company.
