- telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Kund:innen bei Anfragen rund um Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Aufträge
- Professionelle Bearbeitung und Klärung von Reklamationen sowie Anliegen im Zusammenhang mit der Auftragsabwicklung
- Lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Kund:innen – auch in herausfordernden Gesprächssituationen
- enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen zur raschen und kundenorientierten Lösungsfindung
- Pflege und Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen und Vorgängen im System
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HTL...)
- Berufserfahrung im Backoffice, Kundenservice oder Vertriebsinnendienst von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Elektrogroßhandel bzw. Branchenkenntnisse im Elektrobereich
- gute EDV-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office); Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke, Stressresistenz sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab
