AI Growth Marketing Associate
Own growth strategy and execution for Hethena — running acquisition, lifecycle, and AI-enabled marketing programs that turn interest into trust and trust into signups.
What You'll Do- Set and lead the growth roadmap across acquisition, lifecycle, and retention.
- Design and run experiments across landing pages, campaigns, content, and channels, then turn results into a repeatable playbook.
- Track market, competitor, and cultural trends to identify timely angles, formats, and strategies worth testing.
- Build and mentor a small team of growth marketers and interns.
- Partner with product and creative to align growth work with brand and user experience.
- Own reporting on growth metrics and translate data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally for a consumer, health, or AI product.
- Strong grasp of acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, analytics tooling, and experimentation.
- Awareness of current marketing trends, viral formats, competitor moves, and emerging growth strategies.
- Comfort using AI tools and AI agents like Claude or similar tools to speed up research, testing, and content production.
- Track record of turning experiments into scalable growth systems.
Health and AI are both complex spaces, and Hethena needs a growth lead who can turn that complexity into clear, trustworthy acquisition and lifecycle programs. You'll set the growth strategy from the ground up and see your work directly shape how Hethena reaches and keeps its first wave of users.
