Description 

Are you a university student or recent graduate with a passion for finance and a keen interest in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) looking for an internship? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as an M&A Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of mergers and acquisitions.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to develop their career in a growing and entrepreneurial environment, where they can have a clear career pathway, starting as an intern and working their way up to an M&A Leader.

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Origination of Investment Opportunities (60%): 

  • Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline. 

2.Deal Execution Support (20%): 

  • Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence. 
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis. 

3.Business Development (20%): 

  • Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe. 
  • Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry. 

Our Ideal Hire: 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Company valuation methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. 
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong passion for the software and investment sectors. 
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
