Title: Junior Video Producer – Paid Media (Spanish Speaking)
Location: Remote in USA
Department: Marketing | Type: Full-time (Permanent)
About PetLab Co.
PetLab Co. is the world's fastest-growing pet supplement business. Launching in 2018, we successfully achieved a 9-figure revenue in 2024 without any external funding. We have a loyal community of loving pet parents and over 1.5 million happy dogs whose lives have been positively impacted by our innovative products.
The Role
We're searching for a Junior Creative Producer who combines strong bilingual content skills with a passion for performance-driven video.
In this role, you'll support the creation and adaptation of high-performing paid media creatives across global markets, with a focus on translating and localizing winning US and UK creative assets for Spanish-speaking audiences. You'll work closely with the Head of Creative and Senior Digital Content Producer to manage creative assets, support voiceover and shoot processes, and coordinate with native-speaking creators.
This is a hands-on role for someone detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English), and eager to progress quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven team.
#1 Objective: Localizing and Delivering High-Performing Spanish-Language Creative
You'll play a key role in our creative output by adapting winning English-language assets into culturally relevant, performance-ready Spanish creative — keeping quality high and turnaround fast across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
How Will Success Be Measured:
- Localization Quality & Turnaround:
- Consistently deliver accurate, culturally relevant Spanish (Latin American dialect) adaptations of top-performing creatives, within agreed timelines.
- Voiceover & Creator Coordination:
- Ensure high-quality voiceovers — recorded or sourced from native-speaking talent — that match brand tone and performance standards.
- Asset Management & Delivery:
- Keep creative asset libraries organized and versioned, delivering final files to internal media buyers or external partners without delays or errors.
- Creator Recruitment & Briefing:
- Build and maintain a reliable pool of Spanish-speaking creators, briefed clearly and managed effectively.
- Editing Standards:
- Produce short-form edits for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube that meet brand consistency and platform best practices.
How Will Your Time Be Spent?
- 80% Translation, Localization & Editing:
- Adapting and editing top-performing English-language creatives into Spanish, using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- 10% Voiceover & Creator Coordination:
- Recording or managing native voiceover talent; briefing, communicating with, and coordinating Spanish-speaking creators; light shoot/filming support as needed.
- 10% Asset Management & Delivery:
- Organizing creative assets, tracking versions, and delivering final creatives to media buyers and partners.
What You Need…
- Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Paid Social Platform Knowledge: Understanding of creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Editing & Production Skills: Comfortable with video and audio editing; experience creating or adapting content for performance using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Organisation & Attention to Detail: Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Works well within a team, open to feedback and iteration.
Bonus:
- Experience in voiceover production
- Experience in creator management
- Experience translating brand messaging for different markets
