Du arbeitest in einem Umfeld, in dem Eigeninitiative ausdrücklich erwünscht ist. Statt umfangreicher Hierarchien und langer Entscheidungswege kannst du Verantwortung übernehmen und deine fachlichen Ideen direkt einbringen.
Aufgaben
- Du analysierst Anforderungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kunden passende fachliche und technische Lösungen.
- Du begleitest Projekte im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung und Transformation bestehender SAP-Landschaften.
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen entlang der energiewirtschaftlichen Wertschöpfungskette.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Anwendern, Fachabteilungen, IT und weiteren Projektbeteiligten zusammen.
- Du bringst dein Wissen bei der Weiterentwicklung von SAP-Lösungen und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten ein.
- Du beobachtest technologische Entwicklungen und bewertest deren Potenzial für die Energiewirtschaft – beispielsweise in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und künstliche Intelligenz.
Qualifikation
- praktische Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft hast,
- mit SAP IS-U und/oder S/4HANA Utilities gearbeitet hast (mind. 1 Jahr),
- komplexe Anforderungen verstehen und in umsetzbare Lösungen übersetzen kannst,
- gerne mit Kunden und unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern zusammenarbeitest,
- strukturiert und selbstständig arbeitest,
- dich für neue Technologien und deren praktischen Einsatz interessierst,
- auch bei anspruchsvollen Aufgaben lösungsorientiert bleibst,
- dich gerne in ein fachlich vielseitiges Team einbringst,
- Deutsch mindestens auf C1 Niveau sprichst.
