We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Accountant to join our Finance team and play an important role in supporting the sales-to-revenue process. You'll be responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Salesforce sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are complete, compliant, and supported by the correct commercial documentation to enable Finance to accurately and efficiently recognise revenue in the appropriate accounting systems. 

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams, you'll help ensure opportunities progress through the sales lifecycle with high-quality data, meet the company's commercial governance requirements, and transition smoothly from a closed deal to recognised revenue. 

Responsibilities

Salesforce Management 

  • Review opportunities to ensure required fields, stage progression, forecasts, and commercial information are complete and accurate.  
  • Perform regular pipeline quality audits and proactively resolve data discrepancies.  
  • Support sales teams in adhering to CRM standards and best practices.  
  • Monitor pipeline hygiene and report on data quality issues.  

Contract & Documentation Management 

  • Verify that all required commercial documentation has been completed before deals progress to revenue recognition.  
  • Validate that Salesforce records align with executed contractual documentation. 
  • Ensure executed contracts, statements of work, purchase orders, pricing approvals, and any supporting documentation are accurately recorded and stored.  
  • Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to obtain any missing documentation prior to handover. 

Revenue Operations Support 

  • Ensure commercial information is accurately transferred into the relevant accounting and finance systems. 
  • Perform reconciliations between Salesforce and finance systems where required. 
  • Ensure sales opportunities meet all operational and commercial governance requirements before they are handed over to Finance for invoicing and revenue recognition. 
  • Help identify and resolve issues that could delay invoicing or revenue recognition. 
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar role.  
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.  
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.  
  • Comfortable working with documentation and following defined processes.  
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.  
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office  

 

Success Measures 

  • High levels of Salesforce data accuracy  
  • Revenue opportunities handed over with complete and accurate documentation. 
  • Minimise delays to invoicing and revenue recognition caused by data or documentation issues. 
  • Timely completion of month-end and quarter-end revenue operations activities. 
  • Deliver high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through accurate, timely, and reliable operational support.
