About the role
It is a fantastic time to join Very Media Group as we have ambitious plans for growth. We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager (12-months FTC) working across our Technology and Home Appliances categories. You’ll work with across a broad partner portfolio (including Apple, Samsung and Shark Ninja), creating brilliant strategic partnerships that drive commercial growth, strengthen brand relationships and deliver standout customer experiences.
Leading a team of three, you'll work closely with colleagues across Category, Marketing, Brand, Creative, Data & Insights and Campaign Activation to develop and deliver integrated retail media campaigns that bring partner ambitions and customer needs together. From securing investment and building annual plans to launching innovative campaigns and measuring success, you'll be at the heart of a fast-growing and exciting part of the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining the marketing strategy with your partners and creating campaigns and opportunities aligned to both the partner and Very’s objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across channels, category, agencies, creative, brand and marketing.
- Supporting the wider strategy of becoming a Partner of Choice for brands and raising Very’s credibility in the market through strategic campaign execution.
- Being Very’s brand guardian and aligning partner activity, where possible, to Very’s wider calendar and ensuring creative is in line with our brand guidelines.
- Maximising partner investment through development and delivery of compelling pitches, influencing and negotiating, as well as identifying opportunities for innovation and creativity.
- Collaborating with the campaign activation stakeholders for a seamless handover in brief and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
- Manage campaign budgets ensuring each campaign delivers on objectives.
- Planning yearly and quarterly with partners, adhering to critical path timelines to secure partner budgets and identify any risks.
- Tracking your partners income and collaborating with category and finance to build forecasts for your partners.
About you
You'll be an experienced partnerships, retail media or brand marketing professional with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and a passion for creating campaigns that deliver commercial results.
You’ll also have:
- Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing, partnership or retail media campaigns.
- A track record of building strategic brand partnerships that drive growth and long-term value.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, build compelling propositions and secure investment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior audiences.
- A strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, measurement and optimisation across multiple marketing channels.
- Experience using data, customer insight and performance analysis to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
- Strong creative judgement with the ability to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with Tech customers.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue and tracking commercial performance.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

1st stage - An informal 30-45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A one-hour formal face-to-face interview where you can expect a task and both competency/ technical skills based questions.
