
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator - Ireland
Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking a CRM Executive to join its high-performing commercial operations team in Ireland. Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is a requirement. This is a full-time position and unfortunately we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented CRM professional who enjoys working with data, technology and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's client relationship management platform, ensuring the quality, accuracy and effective use of client and contact data while helping to drive CRM adoption across the business.

CRM Administration & User Support
- Support the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform.
- Create, maintain and update client, contact and company records.
- Provide first-line support to CRM users, responding to queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist with user onboarding and adoption initiatives.
- Support data imports, exports and bulk record updates.
- Contribute to system testing, enhancements and upgrades.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards and data extracts for business users.
- Promote CRM best practices and help improve user engagement across the organisation.
Data Quality & Governance
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness and integrity of CRM data.
- Perform data cleansing, enrichment and deduplication activities.
- Monitor data quality metrics and proactively identify issues.
- Support data governance processes and internal data standards.
- Assist with compliance-related data management activities, including GDPR requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing database improvement initiatives and audits.
Training & Adoption
- Deliver day-to-day support and guidance to CRM users.
- Assist with training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Create and maintain user guides, process documentation and training materials.
- Identify common user challenges and recommend improvements.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing CRM adoption and data quality across the business.
Business Development & Marketing Support
- Support the creation of targeted marketing and business development data lists.
- Assist with audience segmentation for campaigns, events and client engagement activities.
- Maintain client intelligence and relationship information within the CRM system.
- Provide reporting and data analysis to support commercial initiatives.
- Support business development planning through accurate and reliable client data management.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, user experience and data quality.
- Document procedures and system administration activities.
- Support CRM-related projects and enhancement initiatives.
- Stay up to date with developments in CRM technology, data management and reporting tools.
- Previous experience working with a CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics experience essential).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to explain systems and processes to non-technical users.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data, systems and technology.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how CRM supports client engagement and business growth.
Desirable
- Experience with relationship intelligence or customer insight platforms.
- Experience in data quality management, data cleansing or database administration.
- Experience delivering user training and onboarding support.
- Experience creating process documentation and user guides.
- Experience working within a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data governance principles.
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
