Organic Online Marketing Manager (all genders)
Deine Aufgaben
Wenn ein Hund ein Problem hat, sucht sein Mensch nach einer Antwort. Wir wollen, dass er sie bei uns findet — auf Social, auf YouTube, in Google, in KI-Antworten, in Fachmagazinen, in Bewertungen.
Kampagnen erzeugen Aufmerksamkeit in Wellen. Du baust das, was bleibt: Inhalte, die in zwölf Monaten noch gefunden werden, und Sichtbarkeit, die sich auf addiert statt zu verpuffen. Du führst dabei unser Creator-Team und steuerst Influencer, Redaktionen und Agenturen.
- Social-Kanalaufbau : Du entwickelst unsere organischen Social-Kanäle und das Social Media Team weiter und baust neue auf: Formatentwicklung, Kanalstrategie, Frequenz, Community.
- Redaktionsplanung : Du erstellst den Redaktionsplan über alle organischen Kanäle. Du kümmerst dich um Themen, Timing, Ressourcen, Umsetzung und Priorisierung.
- Führung des Creator- und Influencer-Teams : Du führst unser Creator-Team: Zielsetzung, Feedback, Entwicklung, Kapazitätsplanung. Du verantwortest Influencer Marketing inklusive Creator Campaigns — von der Auswahl über Briefing und Beziehungspflege bis zur Auswertung.
- Longform und Evergreen : YouTube-Longform, Blog-Inhalte, Guides, Ratgeber. Du entwickelst die Formate, briefst und lässt produzieren — und produzierst mit, wo es schneller geht. Was Kampagnen und Produkt-Launches nicht abdecken, baust du eigenständig auf. Aus Kampagnenmaterial entwickelst du selbstständig Evergreen-Formate, ohne dass es dir jemand zuweist.
- PR und Earned Media : Fachmagazine, Online-Magazine, Vergleichsportale, Bewertungsplattformen, externe Blogbeiträge. Du baust Beziehungen zu Redaktionen und Plattformen auf und aktivierst Bewertungen. Edu-Creator und Tierärzt:innen bindest du als Glaubwürdigkeitsquelle ein.
- Organischer Online-Auftritt: SEO und GEO : Du verantwortest unsere Sichtbarkeit in Suchmaschinen und in KI-generierten Antworten. Du entscheidest, welche Themen wir besetzen und wo wir Lücken haben — und übersetzt das in den Redaktionsplan.
- Agentursteuerung : Du koordinierst externe Agenturen, Freelancer und Produktionspartner: Briefing, Qualität, Timing, Budget.
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau von Short / Longform- und Evergreen-Content mit Instagram, Tiktok und YouTube
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Produzent:innen, Freelancer oder Agenturen
- Erfahrung in fachlicher oder disziplinarischer Führung eines Content- oder Creator-Teams
- Erfahrung in SEO — inhaltlich und technisch, nicht nur Keyword-Recherche
- Nachweisbares Verständnis für Sichtbarkeit in KI-Antworten (GEO / AI Search) und wie sie entsteht
- Redaktionelle Sorgfalt bei Gesundheitsthemen: du weißt, warum Quellen, Expertise und Nachvollziehbarkeit bei diesen Inhalten nicht verhandelbar sind
- Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch
- Du liebst Hunde und Katzen
