Who We Are
Red Ant is an established integrated marketing agency with more than 20 years' experience delivering high-quality B2B and B2C marketing communications across a diverse range of sectors.
Our experienced team specialises in website design and development, branding, digital marketing and creative communications, helping organisations strengthen their brands, improve their digital presence and achieve their business objectives.
We're now entering an exciting new phase of growth and looking for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in what comes next.
We're close-knit, professional and collaborative. We value long-term client relationships and believe the same longevity within our team creates a stronger, more settled business.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of digital campaigns across a diverse client portfolio, helping to plan, deliver and optimise activity across multiple channels.
You'll combine strategy, creativity and analysis, using campaign performance and insight to identify opportunities and continually improve results.
You'll also contribute to the agency's own marketing and market presence, bringing ideas and helping strengthen how we communicate and grow.
As a close-knit agency, people have visibility and influence here. We're looking for someone who takes responsibility, contributes ideas, follows things through and is happy to get stuck in when needed.
What You'll Bring
• At least 4 years' digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, AI search, paid media, email marketing and social media.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The confidence and professional maturity to build credible client relationships.
• A strategic and analytical mindset combined with a willingness to remain hands-on.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities effectively.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity supports wider client objectives.
• A proactive, positive approach with the confidence to take ownership and solve problems.
• Curiosity and a genuine commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
Who Will Thrive Here?
This role will suit someone who has built strong foundations in digital marketing and is now looking for somewhere they can develop, take greater ownership and build the next stage of their career.
You'll enjoy being part of a smaller agency where people are trusted to deliver, contribute beyond a narrow job description and support one another when things get busy.
We're looking for someone dependable, motivated and comfortable with responsibility, but also ambitious enough to want to keep learning and take on more as the agency grows.
If you're looking for a role you can genuinely make your own and grow with over time, you'll fit in well here.
What We Offer
• £35,000 – £40,000 starting salary, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working with 3 days in the Surrey office and 2 days from home.
• The opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing agency.
• A supportive, close-knit team where your ideas and contributions are valued.
• Ongoing training and professional development.
• Opportunities to progress your career as the agency grows.
• Six-month performance and development review.
• Workplace pension scheme.
• 24 days' annual leave.
• Free onsite parking.
If you've built strong digital marketing experience and you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, contribute properly and grow with an established agency, we'd love to hear from you.
