Finance Manager / Werkscontroller (m/w/d)
Die Sole Hoergertshausen GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen und ein Teil der Prima Sole Components Gruppe mit ca. 4.000 Mitarbeitern weltweit. Unser Kerngeschäft liegt in der Herstellung von Kunststoffteilen im Pressverfahren für die Automotivindustrie.
Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Finanz- und Controlling-Themen am Standort
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für den Plant Manager und das Group Finance Team
- Erstellung und Koordination des monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Reportings
- Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse in den Bereichen Controlling, Kostenrechnung, Projektcontrolling, CAPEX und Bilanzierung
- Analyse und Planung der Cashflow- und Liquiditätssituation des Standorts
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Bereichen als Business Partner
- Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen und der Bildung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
- Bearbeitung und Klärung werkbezogener Fragestellungen im Rechnungswesen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group Accounting
- Steuerung und Überwachung von Anlagevermögen und Working Capital
- Unterstützung bei Kostenoptimierungs- und Effizienzsteigerungsmaßnahmen
- Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung im Finanzbereich
- Weiterentwicklung der Finance-Prozesse und Begleitung organisatorischer Veränderungen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Controlling-Bereich
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungs- oder Leitungsfunktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Controlling und in Finanzprozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und BI-Systemen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen sowie idealerweise in IFRS und lokalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Unternehmensebenen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
